“I was so impressed by Lavrador's pictures that I leased a friend's Morgan mare and bred to him in 2003. She conceived first try from one semen shipment. I am very pleased with my colt. He inherited his daddy's color, good looks, lots of bone, and super bold temperament. Gabe is a solid 15.3h as a 4 year old, besting his mother's height of only 14.2h. He is very smooth to ride and is showing a natural talent for dressage, as well as being trustworthy out on the trails.
Gabe in turn impressed my friend as a 2 year old so much that she decided to breed her ll year old maiden Morgan mare to Lavrador too. She also conceived first cycle from one shipment, and delivered a lovely buckskin filly. Tamara was very professional to deal with and getting semen across the Canadian border was no problem at all. I would breed to Lavrador again if I had the opportunity.”

“Hi Tamara, I bought Pele from Carol Haslett last June, 2009 as a 2 year old upon advisement of Bettina Drummond. That August I had him shown in hand by Harold LaDue at Maplewood Warmbloods' CDI Breed Show where he placed 3rd amongst large WB's. Harold LaDue works closely with Ms. Drummond and is partner with Lynndee Kemmett at Harlynn Farms in Germantown, NY.
In the following month I had him shown at the NEDA breed show where he placed 3rd again under Sport Horse Prospects and 1st place in IBS. He impressed the NEDA people so much with his stunningly good looks and his calm and easy going temperament that they posted our picture in their slide show at the Hubertus Schmidt clinic.
