Terms of Use for Vintage Iberia
All items sold by Vintage Iberia are hand made in Portugal. Customer understands and agrees that it is the nature of hand made items to have small variances, one from the other, and no two items are exactly the same.
We offer free shipping worldwide to simplify the purchase process. Your order will be shipped free of charge and fully insured.
The delivery address you provide necessitates a signature upon delivery. Be certain to provide us with your place of work or another more convenient address for delivery, if you will not be home to sign for your package.
As many items sold by Vintage Iberia are custom made, allow approximately four weeks, from the date of order, for customs clearance and delivery of your purchase.
Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your purchase, to return the merchandise in its original condition, for an exchange or merchandise credit.
You must contact us by e-mail first, inform us of the nature of the problem, and we will assist you with the return process.
Shipping of returned items in proper packaging, insurance, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
